Because this is a billion dollar industry fueled by the Baby Boomers, there are many facilities that offer medical procedures done by staff that have not been adequately trained as the procedures and treatments continue to advance.

From injectables like Botox® and Juvederm to laser procedures to liposuction, these treatments offer individuals dramatic new ways to improve their appearance. However, like any medical procedure, patients need to ensure they are being treated by qualified professionals.

This is where Malik Medical Aesthetics really differentiates itself. Dr. Pooja Malik is a Board Certified Family Medicine graduate, currently pursuing Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

She completed her family medicine specialty training at the West Jersey Memorial Family Practice Residency at Virtua. She is also a member of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, The American Academy of Cosmetic Family Medicine, Associate Member of American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, The Botox Cosmetic Physicians Network and The American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.

She performs various treatments such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, Laser Assisted Liposuction, Laser Hair and Vein Removal and Laser Resurfacing.

“All too often, I see women who have had unnecessary, invasive and expensive procedures that have left them feeling worse about themselves. It’s sad because now they have to spend more money and time when all they needed initially was someone who was honest about what would work.”
